Reviewing Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Communicating With You

We may use your contact information to respond to an application, answer questions, arrange calls, provide information about our services, conduct onboarding, and communicate regarding an existing or potential business relationship.

Where you provide a preferred contact method, we may contact you through that method.

Providing Our Services

For accepted clients, we may process information as reasonably necessary to provide agreed management, chatting, strategy, operational, optimization, or related services.

Operating and Improving ProAlien

We may use information to administer our website, improve our application process, understand how prospective clients interact with our website, develop our services, improve our operations, and measure business performance.

Security and Fraud Prevention

We may process information where reasonably necessary to detect, investigate, or prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, violations of our agreements, or other potentially harmful activity.

Legal and Regulatory Requirements

We may process information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, tax or accounting obligations, lawful governmental requests, or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Analytics and Advertising

Where enabled and permitted by applicable law, we may use analytics, attribution, or advertising technologies to understand website performance, measure marketing effectiveness, and improve our advertising.

Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential cookies or similar technologies are used, we intend to activate such technologies in accordance with the consent choices available on our website.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Where applicable data-protection law requires us to identify a legal basis for processing personal information, the basis may include:

Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract or performance of a contract. This may include reviewing an application for a potential business relationship and processing information necessary to provide services once an agreement has been entered into.

Legitimate interests. We may process information where reasonably necessary for legitimate business interests such as operating ProAlien, reviewing applications, communicating with prospective clients, improving our services, protecting our systems, preventing fraud, and establishing or defending legal claims, provided those interests do not override applicable individual rights.

Consent. We may rely on consent where applicable law requires it, including for certain marketing activities and certain non-essential cookies or similar technologies.

Legal obligations. We may process information where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, tax, or other obligations applicable to us.

The specific legal basis applicable to an activity may depend on the circumstances and the laws that apply to the relevant processing.

5. How We Share Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients where reasonably necessary.

Website and Hosting Providers

We use third-party providers to operate and host our website, process website forms, maintain infrastructure, and provide related functionality.

Our website is built and hosted using Webflow. Information submitted through our application form may therefore be processed through Webflow and its service providers.

Communication Providers

If we communicate with you through email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or another communication platform, information necessary for those communications may be processed by the applicable platform or provider.

Personnel, Contractors, and Service Providers

Information may be accessible to authorized ProAlien personnel, contractors, operators, advisors, or service providers who reasonably require access to perform services or work on behalf of Pro Alien Media FZCO.

We expect persons handling personal information on our behalf to use it only for appropriate business purposes and subject to applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Analytics and Advertising Providers

If we enable analytics, advertising, attribution, or similar services, relevant information may be processed by providers of those services in accordance with our implementation, applicable law, and your consent choices where required.

Professional Advisors

We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, consultants, insurers, auditors, or similar professional advisors where reasonably necessary.

Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose personal information where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, enforce our rights or agreements, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or protect the rights, property, safety, or security of Pro Alien Media FZCO, our clients, or others.

Business Transactions

If Pro Alien Media FZCO or substantially all or part of its business becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.

6. International Processing and Transfers

ProAlien works with creators, contractors, technology providers, and service providers internationally.

As a result, personal information may be processed in countries other than the country in which you reside. Those countries may have privacy and data-protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers of personal information, we will seek to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism or other required safeguards.

7. How Long We Keep Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, our legitimate business requirements, contractual obligations, dispute resolution, security, and applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

Our intended retention approach is generally as follows:

Applications that do not result in a client relationship: generally retained for up to 12 months following the most recent meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary or legally required.

Applications that result in a client relationship: relevant information may be retained for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards for as long as reasonably necessary for contractual, accounting, tax, compliance, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Communications: may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the relevant inquiry or business relationship.

Technical and analytics information: retention depends on the applicable system, provider, and our configuration of that system.

We may retain limited information for longer where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, comply with a legal requirement, prevent fraud or abuse, or maintain necessary business records.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, loss, or destruction.

However, no method of electronic transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You should not submit passwords, authentication codes, banking credentials, payout credentials, or other highly sensitive authentication information through our public website form or unsecured communications.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to the processing of your information, you may have certain privacy and data-protection rights.

These may include the right to:

  • Request information about how your personal information is processed
  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of personal information in applicable circumstances
  • Request restriction of certain processing
  • Object to certain processing
  • Request transfer or portability of certain information
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • Object to or opt out of certain direct marketing
  • Submit a complaint to an applicable privacy or data-protection authority

These rights are not absolute and may be subject to legal exceptions.

To make a privacy request, contact proalien@proalienmedia.org.

We may need to take reasonable steps to verify your identity before completing certain requests.

10. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing communications where we have an appropriate legal basis to do so.

Where applicable law requires consent, marketing consent will be requested separately from submitting an application or acknowledging this Privacy Policy.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time using an unsubscribe mechanism included in the communication or by contacting us.

Opting out of marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications relating to your application, an existing contract, an active service, security matters, or another existing business relationship.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for website functionality, security, performance, analytics, attribution, or advertising.

Some technologies may be necessary for the website to operate.

Other technologies, including certain analytics or advertising cookies, may be considered non-essential.

Where applicable law requires consent before non-essential technologies are activated, we intend to provide appropriate consent controls.

We may provide additional cookie information or update this Privacy Policy if our use of cookies, analytics, or advertising technologies changes materially.

12. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Our website or services may contain links to, communicate through, or integrate with third-party services such as OnlyFans, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, Vimeo, YouTube, or other platforms.

Pro Alien Media FZCO does not control the independent privacy practices of those third parties.

Your use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and practices. We encourage you to review those policies separately.

13. Creator Testimonials and Content

Where creator testimonials, photographs, videos, names, usernames, or other creator content appear on the ProAlien website or marketing materials, we process and publish that content based on the permissions, authorizations, releases, or agreements applicable to that creator.

Such content may remain available for the period permitted by the relevant authorization or agreement, subject to applicable law.

14. Adults Only

ProAlien's creator-management and professional-chatting services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older.

We do not knowingly solicit applications for our creator services from anyone under 18.

If we become aware that an ineligible minor has submitted personal information through our application process, we may delete or restrict that information as appropriate.

15. Application Decisions

Submitting an application does not guarantee that ProAlien will offer services or enter into a business relationship with the applicant.

Information contained in an application may be used to determine whether the applicant appears to be a suitable fit for our services.

Unless otherwise disclosed, we do not intend to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on fully automated processing without appropriate human involvement.

16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, services, technology, vendors, or legal requirements.

When changes are made, the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page may be revised.
